Overbooking practice meant I had to stay at the Ibis Budget when I had booked the Ibis - extremely disappointing, and would not risk booking again.

The place is decent and fairly clean, everything is nice, it should have higher than 3 star rating. The staff is extremely friendly and cooperative. The units were new-fashioned and compact on the upper floors. The

The location is awesome, relatively close to a leading Swiss museum. Make sure you stay in the family room with ventilation, a seperate bed, as example.

Everything was nice, including competent and efficient staff on the reception desk. The rooms turned out to be huge and new-fashioned with ventilation, a classical design from IBIS, the bedroom.

Clean budget hotel in City West area, 15 min from main train station by tram. Good breakfast, CHF 130 for two adults and a child. Upgraded to triple room at no extra cost.

Convenient tram location, kind and helpful staff. Perfect beds, pillows, and duvets at a good price. Very quiet room, excellent bed, and working air conditioner. Polite staff and well-connected with buses. Good value for 

nice place for discovering zurich with affable staff on the reception desk. nice facilities in general, marvellous location near to two tram stations. early check-in, easy check-out. the quiet feel of the hotel.

The value for money at this hotel is great for an expensive city like Zurich. The room was small but had all the necessary amenities, including comfy beds, nice dark curtains, and a clean bathroom 

Helpful staff, useful handy phone, budget friendly, great reception staff, clean and safe.
